toolbin.eu is a small collection of free, browser-based tools for everyday tasks — built by one person, for everyone. No account required. No data collected. No paywall. Ever.
How it started
This site grew out of AppMouse.com, a web tools project I ran for years. When I decided to close AppMouse, the best tools deserved a new home — so I rebuilt them properly and launched toolbin.eu.
The calendar was the first tool to make the move: a full infinite-scroll calendar covering all 27 EU member states, every public holiday, 23 languages, and week numbers — the kind of tool I always wanted to exist but couldn't find done well for free.
The mission
The web is full of tools that ask you to sign up, track your behaviour, lock features behind subscriptions, or plaster every pixel with ads. toolbin.eu exists to prove that doesn't have to be the case.
The goal is simple: build genuinely useful tools and give them away. A tool should open fast, do its job, and get out of the way. No dark patterns, no upsells, no surveillance.
How it's sustained
Running a website costs money. The costs of running toolbin.eu is currently financed privately, and in the future banner advertising may be utilized.
There's also a voluntary link exchange program for other website operators who want to grow their traffic mutually. No money changes hands — just links.
Principles
Fast by default
Tools are built with plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript — no heavy frameworks, no unnecessary dependencies. They load fast on any device.
Privacy first
No sign-up, no tracking, no third-party scripts without consent. What you do with the tools stays in your browser.
Built for Europe
All 27 EU member states are supported across the tools — languages, holidays, formats. Europe is the primary audience.

Every tool on this site is free. No premium tier, no feature gating, no "sign up to save your results".
